Graphic Designer/Web Designer/Marketing Assistant: Graphic design projects included promotional and marketing materials, brochures, flyers, business cards, logos, book covers, CD covers, presentation folders, postcards and books. I also wrote, designed and produced business promotional material including powerpoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, html e-mails, sales letters and web content as well as acting as a marketing assistant doing internet research, developing mailing lists and taking many marketing courses. As a web designer and webmaster, I developed and maintained multiple websites.
Gallo Creative Services, Modesto, CA, In-house design studio for Gallo Winery 2000-2002
Graphic Designer: Full-time freelance job mainly consisted of designing point-of-sale items for Gallo products including displays, brochures, coupons, power-point presentations, etc.

Electronic Pre-press: Job included typesetting new jobs some requiring design work as well as preflighting customer disks for 1-4 color printing.

Electronic Pre-press: Responsible for typesetting new jobs requiring some design work and preflighting customer disks for 1-4 color printing, including scanning and imposition. Also responsible for keeping up-to-date on post office regulations regarding design of printed pieces to be mailed as well as graphic standards for Tenet Healthcare.
Parma Typesetting, Modesto, CA, Owner-operator of a typesetting and graphic arts company 1977-1995
Owner-Operator: Clients consisted of many top area graphic designers, some printers as well as the general public. Work included typesetting and design in preparing camera ready copy for annual reports, newsletters, catalogs, brochures, menus, advertising, business forms, etc. Personally handled customer relations, sales, equipment purchases, accounting and billing.

Graphic Artist: Responsible for designing, typesetting and pasting up display advertising and some editorial copy, and camera work. Wrote some articles for the newspaper.
